Approved Vegetable List

Unlimited: alfalfa sprouts, bok/pak choy, celery, daikon (white radish), fennel, green salad (all varieties), seaweed, etc.
One portion per meal (up to 2 cups): algae, asparagus, beet greens, broccoli, cabbage (red, nappa, savoy), cauliflower, celeriac, cucumber, fiddleheads, dill pickles, garlic, hot peppers, kale, leeks, cooked red & green peppers, mushrooms, raw onions & shallots, sauerkraut, Swiss chard, turnips, watercress, zucchini, etc.
Once or twice a week only: avocado, Brussels sprout, eggplant, 2-3 hearts of palm, snow peas, yellow/green string beans, tomatoes, squash etc.
Note:
